2.1 Subject to any applicable statutory rights, we shall not be liable to you because of any failure to provide a SoD for reasons outside our reasonable control or for any cause for which we have excluded liability under the Agreement.

3.1 You must not redistribute and/or rebroadcast or cause, enable and/or permit any other person to redistribute or rebroadcast the SoD or any part of it for any reason whatsoever or exhibit the SoD save in accordance with the terms of your Agreement.

3.2 You must not make any charge for viewing any SoD nor exhibit any SoD in public in circumstances where the audience has paid for admission to the place where the SoD is to be seen or heard.

4.1 At some point in the future, any SoD may be made accessible to the masses through Lazarus Initiative platforms (or other sites).

5.1 We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its terms related to the Segment on Demand (SoD) at any time at our discretion. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We may also provide notice to you in other ways at our discretion, such as through the contact information you have provided.

5.2 An updated version of this Agreement will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Agreement unless otherwise specified. Your continued use of the SoD after the effective date of the revised Agreement (or such other act specified at that time) will constitute your consent to those changes.

6.1 You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. By accessing and using the SoD you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to access or use the SoD feature.
