Technical FAQ – Lazarus Initiative
Go to the login page, enter your email and password, and click “Log In.”
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the instructions to reset it.
This is a new website with a new database. Check your email for a message from the Lazarus Website titled “New Access to New Website.” There, you’ll find a login and temporary password that you can change later.
It is important that you use the email attached to your membership when you go to the log in page and click “forgot password?” in order to receive a new password.
Yes. Once you are logged-in, click the “My Account,” button, select “Cancel Membership,” and confirm. You will receive an email confirming that your account is no longer active. It can take up to 24 hours to process a cancellation.
Log in, into your Member Dashboard go to the “Watch Live” section, and join events at their scheduled times.
To find event replays, go to the Broadcasts section. There, you’ll find every broadcast with an advanced search feature. Everything is cataloged by topic, speaker, symposium number, and more for easy access to all content.
Instant Replays are recordings available immediately after a Live Symposium ends. They are provided directly by Streamyard and can be accessed through the live Broadcast page before segmented replays become available.
Access to Instant Replays may be limited on mobile devices. For the best experience, we recommend using a desktop or laptop browser.
Playback issues can sometimes occur due to various factors. If you’re seeing error messages or experiencing buffering, try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Refresh the video page, there is a button in the page that refresh the website.
- Ensure you’re connected to the internet. If you’re disconnected, reconnect and try again.
- Restart your browser. Close and reopen it completely.
- Restart your computer. This can resolve system errors affecting playback.
- Check your network speed. Use an online speed test to verify that your download speed is close to the expected performance for your internet service.
- Disable adblockers or browser extensions. These might interfere with video playback.
- If issues persist after troubleshooting, consider switching to a different device or browser.
